DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Once you submit your order, it doesn't mean that we don't care about you afterwards. You will get our beautiful products delivered to you by our very own local couriers. Get acquainted with the terms and conditions for our goods delivery below! 

COURIERS 

Local delivery (within Malaysia) 

All deliveries are handled by J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 

DELIVERY TIME 

It will take 2 - 4 working days for Peninsular, 6 - 9 working days for East Malaysia. 

DELIVERY COSTS 

Nationwide delivery will cost as low as RM8.00 for Peninsular and RM16 for Sabah & Sarawak for the first 1kg. 

POST-DELIVERY 

Once you've proceeded with the payment of our products, we will send you an email or WhatsApp containing your order ID and tracking number. Do check your chat, inbox, junk, spam and updates folder! Shipment days are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders that are made successfully before 1 PM will be shipped out on the same shipment day. Orders after 1 PM will be shipped out on the next shipment day (local delivery only).
